    This is a Very Nice "Plainware Seed Jar" found in Bowie County Texas.  It dates 1200 to 1400 A.D., Middle Mississippian Period.  It is 4 and 1/2" tall and 6 and 1/4" wide.  It is made of Brown Pottery.  It is Solid, graded as a G-9, no dings or chips.  Ex: Sam Lane Collection.  It would make a fantastic addition to any Pottery Collection.
