Description
This is a Very Nice "Cass Appliqued Jar" found in Cherokee County Texas. It dates 1200 to 1400 A.D., Middle Mississippian Period. It is 6" tall and 5 and 1/4" wide. It is made of Tan Pottery, called Blonde. It is Solid, graded as a G-9, it has had minor rim repair and minor pressure crack, otherwise solid. Ex: Sam Lane Collection.
