Vintage Excelsior Ep-C Silver Pitcher. Martini or tea server

Vintage Excelsior Ep-C Silver Pitcher. Its about 9 inches tall without lid and 11" with it. Weight is 1.68 lbs. All information is estimated and not sure on accuracy but was informed it is a silver over copper electroplating probably from early 1900s. I was told these were made by a company called Brooker, Dore & Company from London.  Im not sure what you call these with the little spout but similar to a pitcher. It was in a home bar and inteded for martini or tea but inside doesnt looked used in my opinion. Overall in good shape. The spout cap is a screw of design and works effortlessly but the top cap/lid can take some effort to open at times.
