This is a antique ornate Victorian insulted pitcher. Very Heavy and it does have some dings which I tried to take pictures of. It is Insulted and quadriplegic the silver plate
It does have #2301 and also it looks like this was hand engraved on bottom V 9515 M/R
I feel as if was done for insurance purposes.
