Spider web mark ceramic or porcelain lined metal pitcher fancy 1800's

there is a very cool makers mark on the bottom as shown in picture, with a spider web
the inside is like white porcelain , would of been to keep liquid cool or hot I would think
there are small holes in the metal on the bottom not through the inside porcelain
very cool antique
11 x 10 1/2 inches in size
by no means anywhere near perfect but still cool find, I have never seen one like it with this makers mark
