    Description

    Antique Hartford quad-plated silver, tilting ice water server from the late 1880's to early 1890's.  Has aged well, with a beautiful patina.  It does have some dings and dents, though is still in quite sound condition, considering its age.  The hinge on the lid is missing a part, but sits nicely.  Please look closely at the photos-they are the best descriptor.  The stand measures 20 1/4" tall by 8" wide by 11" from front to back.  The pitcher is 13" tall by 6" wide by 10" from front to back.  Together, they weigh 8 lbs 2oz.  The pitcher has a 48 oz capacity.  Made in Hartford, Connecticut.
