Antique Silver "Italy EP Zinc" 14in Wine Claret / Water Pitcher w Hot/Cold tube

This auction is for a Antique "Silver Plated EP Zinc Italy" 14in Wine Claret / Water Pitcher with Hinged Lid.   This stands a towering 13 3/4 inches tall from the bottom of the base to the tip of the cover's lid.
The Glass Body measures just slightly under 11 inches tall, is 3 inches across the top and 5 3/4 inches across the bottom of the base.  The silver plate top screws on securely.  There are no chips to the glass.  No cracks or other issues either.  Inserted (and removable) on the silver plated cover is a 2 piece plastic hot/cold container to help keep liquids hot/cold.  This is a great eye-catching piece.  The silver plate top needs a good cleaning but does not appear to have plate loss or other issues.   The glass body is not maker marked, stamped or stickered so I am not sure who made it.  it feels like it is pressed glass.  See pics.
