    Description

    Dev-Zira or Devzira is a special type of rice used for Uzbek traditional Plov (Pilaf, Pilau) dish, made from lamb, rice and oriental spices.
    Devzira has red-colored hulls and bran, and this semi-milled rice is also reddish. When cooked, devzira grain remains dense and springy, so your Plov will always be crumbly and beautiful.
    All our fruits, seeds and spices come directly from Uzbekistan. They are harvested in 2020.
    NB! Devzira is a "craft" rice that is de-hulled on old mills with millstones. That's why it may contain small stones. Please wash it thoroughly before cooking.
